Smoked Meats
All of our meats are smoked to order, as such, we require advanced notice for all orders.
Generally, we require five (5) days notice for pulled pork and three (3) days notice for pulled chicken, beef brisket ribs.
We'll be happy to work with you on your order to ensure everything is to your satisfaction, just call or send us an e-mail and we'll be happy to discuss the options with you. Our meats are offered for sale by the pound.
We smoke our meats (depending on the meat) with apple wood, hickory, oak and mesquite. All our meats are slow smoked for hours until they are done just right. Tender, juicy and flavorful with just the right amount of smoke flavor. Our Memphis Style Ribs are smoked with our special dry rub only, no sauce. Our Kansas City Style Ribs are smoked with our special dry rub and finished with a traditional thick sweet BBQ sauce.
